Along with the classroom teachers and staff, I will observe and identify bullies on school campus, both in and out of the classroom setting.	Teachers, Staff Members and Myself	September 2013-December 2013	Teachers and Staff Members who are willing to  assist me in observation of bullying on school campus.	Identify the students who are bullying others on school campus.  I will gather some background information of the said student(s) to get a better perceptive of contributing factors.
I will conference with school principals to better gain information on those students who “bully” and review the consequences of bullying on campus.	Principals and Myself	September 2013-December 2013	School Principals, Myself and School Policy/Procedures on Bullying On Campus (School Handbook)	I will review information on documented bullying at our school, as received from principals, along with consequences and work to develop a program to curb school bullying for school implementation. Is current method of consequences working?
I will interview students who have been the victim of bullying.	Students and Myself	September 2013-January 2014	Students, gain permission from Parents and Administration, Myself	I will seek to create ways in which our school can better identify/recognize school bullying and the perspective bullies in an attempt to implement a plan to curb or eliminate school bullying.  I will base this on my findings from student interviews and use suggestions of past victims.
